JK Home Bakes belongs to my sister Gouri who loves spending her time baking and creating wonderful delicacies from cookies and cakes to chocolates and even delicious currys and savouries.

Gouri resigned her job and decided to become a full-time housewife when her one and only daughter would stay up till late at night waiting for her to come home after work.

After becoming a homemaker, her daughter Jashwini would come home from school everyday and ask her what was the day's special? Because she loved baking and cooking and trying out new recipes, Gouri started doing new recipes at home. Something new for lunch and something new for tea. What was previously a hobby to her soon inspired her to start a little home based business on her own.

JK Home Bakes is new home based business. It started with orders coming from family and friends and hopefully soon it will open its eyes to a wider world!
